Crusts cut off with cheese and bologna or ham, my mom always had potato chips on top of the meat. I love the way the texture of the chips is contradictory to the meat and cheese. MMM I might need to make a ham and cheese now.

I thought I was the only one who does this. I just love eating crunchie foods & snacks. I also crunch-up all my ice, after my drink is gone. But, adding crunchie SourCream-n-Onion Potato Chips to my sandwich is just THE BEST...!
Mostly because it just tastes good and I love the crunch the chips make. Plus if I can get the chips on my sandwhich and eat them that way it keeps me from getting my fingers greasy, something people appreciate when a paper I wrote ends up on there desk.
I discovered this at lunch one day when my friend Chris ate a sandwich with doritos on it.

2 slices of white enriched bread
6 pieces of thin sliced ham, 3 on each bread
Mayo on both bread too
Mustard over the slices of ham
then potato chips to top it off.. on both pieces
and crush them together for the finish
