    I am sick and tired of coughing constantly, my house smelling like smoke, and my husband not wanting to kiss me. I also douse myself with perfume right before work everyday to cover up the smell of smoke. Its only been six hours so far, but I really want to do this.

    Im smoke free for 3 days.

    I quit after switching to an eCig

    for a couple months. No cigs, real or electronic, for 18 months now - yes! I think about lighting up all the time but have managed not to. I do still carry an eCig in my purse tho, and I think knowing it's there keeps me from freaking out and needing to use it.

    Today is my three year anniversary!

    8 Years, 6 Months and 4 Days Since My Last

    I was an ex for over four years,

    but I fell off the wagon last week. Don't know why, just grabbed one and lit up like I never stopped. I don't know why I did, it was like I was in a daze when it happened. Not looking for sympathy, just felt like I should be honest.
