    cigarette!! I still have cravings occasionally, but I'm still really proud and happy that I quit. Lesson I learned - you can't quit for anyone but yourself, or you'll never stick to it. It are really truly done with cigarettes, you will find a way to get past it. Good luck...

    I quit after switching to an eCig

    for a couple months. No cigs, real or electronic, for 18 months now - yes! I think about lighting up all the time but have managed not to. I do still carry an eCig in my purse tho, and I think knowing it's there keeps me from freaking out and needing to use it.
