    I lost my twins at 5 months

    Started smoking at age 17.

    Smoked every day, a pack or more some days. I'm 38 and just decided it's time to quit. For 17 days now I have been smoke free. It has been the most difficult thing I have ever had to do. Some days I believe I can't continue this task. So far so good though.

    I quit after switching to an eCig

    for a couple months. No cigs, real or electronic, for 18 months now - yes! I think about lighting up all the time but have managed not to. I do still carry an eCig in my purse tho, and I think knowing it's there keeps me from freaking out and needing to use it.

    My last cigarette was 10:00AM,

    July 22, 2013. I will never forget it. I still miss smoking, probably always will. But I will not smoke again. I feel better, I probably smell better... food tastes better now... And once I really decided I wanted to quit, it wasn't that difficult. I'm glad I quit. :)
