After smoking for 25 of my 42 years of age. I now know what things smell like. And I'm not all together sure that is a good thing! Being a smoker, I knew I couldn't really smell cigarettes, but I thought everything else was basically the same for some reason. Now after a few...

    On My 3rd Day

I quit smoking on Sunday- it is now Tuesday. I drove to work this morning with an unlit cigarette in my mouth and the window cracked. My favorite morning activity is the 30 minute drive to work- me and my cigarette... the cool air, the radio, not a care in the world. I felt lost...

I Hope It'S Not Too Late.

It's disgusting. I started smoking when I was about the same size as a cigarette. I was eight years old, and the kid down the road convinced me to smoke a cigarette that he had stolen from his dad. I didn't have a coughing fit or get sick, instead I felt all tingly and buzzed. I...

It's been 24 days since my last cigarette.

Each day is a struggle. Each day I end up crying in a ball. I think that I've overcame the addiction until something pushes my buttons. It is hard but I can't give up, I can't fail.

and I don't really crave anymore. I have recently regained my sense of smell somewhat, and I just can't stand the smell of smoke anymore. It's too strong...it's funny looking back at the time when I loved the smell and my nose was numb to it.
