Day 20 On Champix - Amazing

I am on day 20 and have been smoke free for 8 days. I left it to the last day of week two to stop! It worked for me as allowing me this time put me off them as they tasted horrible and make me feel sick.

    Day 5th. I am finding

that I am smoking out of habit more than an urge. I have been a smoker for the last 20 years now. The last 12 years, I have worked for the same organization and have been in a habit of smoking every other hour. It is this bit which I am finding really hard to let go of.
