Personal Stories, Advice, and Support 112 People

To Be Totally Honest I Have Read All 4 Books.

I was so into the books that I wanted more. As of about 10 minutes ago (7:31pm Western Australian time 9Th April 2009) I have read all four books. I was hesitant at first to read them because after reading twilight I thought it couldn't get better than this. Of course I was wrong...

I read twilight and liked the books,

but the movies and ensuring fandom ruined it and made the whole this just awful.

    Stephanie Is A Great Writer

and I love to read, so why not. It's funny, but I never got in to the movies. I love her descriptions, and just, well, everything about her writing. I've also read "The Host" which is a terrific read for all readers.

    A Quote

Here's a Quote from New Moon   "Before you,Bella,my life was like a moonless night. Very dark, but there were stars-points of light and reason... And then you shot across my sky like a meteor. Suddenly everything was on fire ;there was brilliancy, there was beauty...

Because I Want That Kind Of Love

Let’s just go ahead and admit it! We all want to be loved like that! We all want to be let in on some deep, important, ancient secret. We all want someone to dote on us and to protect us from all of the bad things in the world. We want to see what no one else can see from...

    Didn't Make Me A Fan

Due to constant fangirling around it, I decided to give it a try. I read the whole series, and it entertained me as long as it lasted but not a second longer. I don't hate it, but I'm not a fan either. The series had its moments, mainly the dialogue was funny at some points...

I had never heard of twilight until the movie came out. Still then, I had no plans of watching the movie or reading the book once the whole craze came about. Then one day my friend went and saw the movie and gave a great review of it so I was compelled to watch the movie. I ...

    Good Read

Loved the series but was a bit disappointed with "Breaking Dawn". To me I felt the perfect ending was in "Eclipse". But other than "Breaking Dawn" it's a really great series that's hard to put down. "Twilight" was a bit slow in the...

Interesting and entertaining. I don't care much about the movies.  Just doesn't have a "Wow" factor for the movies as the books.

    Worth the Hype

I seem to be one of very few true neutrals on the Twilight thing.  I read the first book, and it was fine.  It was enough to keep me entertained for a few hours on a dull day.I bought the second one and started it... and never finished.  Just set it down and never picked it up...
