    Bad Or Good

Example: Last night I dreamed that I was trapped in a remote cabin, snowed in with my family (all of them, aunts, uncles, parents, cousins, etc.). It was truly a nightmare. I woke up sweating and nauseous, and my jaw hurt from where I had been grinding my teeth so hard in mysleep...

This Is Something I Have Always Noticed!!

Even when I was a little girl, a dream I had would be able to affect my mood the whole day. That being said, I will say that I dream a LOT and that they are VERY realistic, right down to the point that I often "wake up" at the beginning of a dream as if I was actually awake...

I Never Thought About It Until

after I got married. I guess it just never clicked in my head that some of my moods would be associated with my dreams from the night before. I was in my mid twenties when I got married and being extremely introverted and lacking much self-esteem, I was terrified that my new...
