    I live in a mountainous country.

    They ain't really high like the Alps but they are bleak and beautiful. I love going for walks in the mountains. I often take a picnic and find some secret place that no one else seems to go to. I know a few places like that. Maybe by a stream or a waterfall.

    Fixed My Facial Sinus With A Home Remedy. Quick Relief.

    Roasted a little turmeric in a pan ! and inhaled the vapors - off the stove at a very low heat. Instant relief in 5 minutes. I feel better already.

    Although I am having problems in relationship.

    Driving atop small mountains is adventurous.

    Here we have something called Nandi - Hills about a 3000 ft high. But the road to the top is good and cool breezes.

    Yesterday afternoon I went up to Mynydd Du.

    It means black mountain. Except it wasn't black. It was covered in a thin layer of snow. I went for a walk. I had walking boots but I slipped and fell once. I landed heavily on my pen ol (Welsh for backside). I was more careful after that.

    I love the views that you get

    I was on the mountain this afternoon.

    The first thing I saw was red kites. The third one was so low I could see its face clearly. It's amazing that only a few years ago these were the rarest birds on planet Earth. Only one pair left in my country or something like that.
