    I Do Remember

My Daughter was born 30min before it happened. We were so happy and then we got back in to the hospital room and the live feeds were just coming in and we were filled with very mixed emotions that day. That is something that will stick with me the rest of my life.

    Still Weeping

…..And I sometimes still cry when I think of it.  My thoughts are still with those that lost loved ones in this horrific tragedy.

    American Terror

One event that changed an entire nation of people forever. I am grateful that he was executed quickly so the clear message was sent to those who would think to perform such an insane act of unbelievable horror.

    I Still Miss Her...

My husband was a U.S. Army recruiter in OKC when we met. I grew up in MWC and he put my sister in the army. I had a terrible crush on him. I was 21, he was 37. I was in college, and used to take him food all the time, and "run in to him" on campus. I could not have...

I'd delivered pizza to the co-op in McPherson where I was in college at the time. Y'know the one where they bought the fertilizer for the explosives?

    Wake Up

I remember this day very well. What a wake up call to me about the state of affairs in this world. It should serve as a huge wake up call to all of us. This can and probably will happen again in this country.

    I Was There Shortly After...

I was there shortly after the bombing. I was sent there to do a job for MCI Telecom. We started it a couple days after the bombing. We were just 4 or 5 blocks away from there working on the 18th floor of a high-rise down town. We walked up there a few times looking at...
