I am new to riding. I have been riding

as a passenger for just over a year now and on my own for nearly 6 months. I had always wanted a bike but had never road when my bf and I started dating he would give me rides on the back of his and I loved it. So in February I bought my own a 883 iron and practiced in the...

Serviced the bike over the weekend (a Yamaha

1100 cruiser). Not for the first time I marvelled at the engineering brilliance of this bike. To change over the oil filter, one has to take the forward exhaust pipe off to remove the plate that covers the filter. The less charitable part of me figures that actually it ain't...

    Have been driving my motorbike

for almost 4 years now. Its just a 110cc Honda but its very reliable especially during rush hour and the traffic here in our little city is worst. Making going from one point to another so much easier, saves me a lot of time to do other important things. Although, I can drive a...

    I Love My Bike

i got my first sport bike 10 yrs ago. i loved the idea long before, but since it has become a dream come true to get out on two wheels. i love being alone and blasting around curvey country roads as much as putting around downtown with a partner hanging on. the season is...

Does anyone out there do their own fabrication

for their bike mods? I'm thinking I will have to in order to get the look I want. Just about every bike I see uses the same products... Memphis Shields bat wing, kuryakyn grips, etc.

Successful Biker Most real bikers are

    Love My Kawasaki's

I've been riding for 5-6 years now, I learned partly how to ride on a Honda XR 650 and then got my first bike which was a XR400 which my mate crashed 2-3 weeks later causing too much engine damage so I got a brand new Kawi KX450f the next year and loved it and now have a Kawi...

"The Parents" forbade me to ride when I was in my teens. OK . . . so that was likely a good thing as most of the guys I would have ridden two-up with belonged to the "wild-child" bunch in the 60's. Then came college, little cash, working, marriage, two kids and more work. Got...

    The Wave

If you don't ride you may not realize it but bikers generally wave at one another on the road. There are exceptions. The dude on the Harley with ape hangars and a bandana for a skull protector may not return the wave but generally it's true. Ever wonder why? It's because given...
