    Cry, Not Scream

    I don't scream into pillows, but there are times, I cry on my pillow!  Works wonders....But the stuffy nose and red eyes in the morning...Make me look like he**!

    I don't scream into pillows too often, but I do talk into them. I have deep conversations into my pillow when I can't sleep and it helps me think and smooth things out that have been going on with my life. It also ensures that no one will hear the crazy stuff I am saying, other...

    Not Often Enough

    It's an easy release of built up stress and when others are in the house you sometimes don't want to share those feelings. I don't think I do it often enough but usually it's yell into the pillow or cry in the shower... hey it happens

    Muffles Your Screams

    Yea I too scream into pillows.. better than belting out for the neighborhood to hear..; ) And I'm sure they appreciate it as well....  I think its a stress reliever.. helps me out.... Maybe its all in my head but then again whats not all in our heads...?
