    I try to relate any discomfort to an illness.

    One summer I convinced myself that I had some form of brain tumor. Much better recently though. In the past I would have gone to a doctor this past week, but held off on it.

    . Mom: look it up. Me: *goes to webMD, looks up the symptoms* Me: OH MY GOD MOM, I HAVE CANCER.

    I have actual doctor/professional diagnosed

    problems so when I get symptoms I freak out and self diagnose online. Right now, I'm thinking I might have developed diabetes somehow. Nothing else really relates or has the same symptoms as that. I keep telling myself I should go get tested for diabetes but everyone else thinks...

    So I thought for a second

    that maybe I had Empty Nest Syndrome... Nope, quite the opposite, there seems to be an Un-Nesting Instinct...that's in high gear! I love my boys to pieces...but my gosh I can't wait for them to move out!

    Although, I do accept that there are other possibilities. I did diagnose myself with some things and I was right.

    Physically Mostly

    I find it very self-rewarding to find something that fits or describes my symptoms. I diagnosed myself as having tinnitus recently when I started to hear an almost heartbeat-like noise in my right ear but not my left.  I know it's not my heart because it isn't in time with...
