    I Sleep On My Side

I use to work two jobs and when I left the second job late at night, I purchased a large cup of black coffee for my drive home. When I arrived, I was not sleepy and would watch TV or log on to my computer for hours. When I finally became sleepy, I always get into bed and place a...

    Didn't Used To

When I was younger I used to sleep only on my stomach or my back. As I grew older though I shifted. I started to sleep on my side rather than my back. Now I find it almost impossible to sleep that way. I have to be on my side with one leg curled up closer to my body and the other...

    Horizontal Sides.

I'm not sure why, i never sleep on my back and can't sleep on my front, so it's a side to side tossing and turning sleep.  If i lie on my right side too long it makes me feel nauseous at times, perhaps i shouldn't eat before bedtime.s

    Either Left Or Right

Lately, I've noticed that I could only sleep on either side. Usually when I switch off my bedside lamp, I lie on my right side first. When that doesn't work, I turn to my left side, left hand under the pillow cradling my left cheek. If I don't have insomnia, I've gone on to...
