Ever since I can remember, I have used junk food to make me feel better on bad days. Chips, McDonald's, Coke, chocolate bars, you name it. Maybe those things are just as addictive as drugs.
i'll go to the grocery when I feel bad. get sour cream flavored chips, head to cashier without thinking of my budget
pack of chip - not as bad as before now. at least junk food is (slightly) safer than alcohol and drugs , if you can afford a gym membership.
