    Cat I Am

    Beyond Meow....

I don't remember how I started....somehow I found out that the sound "mer-ranh" meant treats....try it on a cat and see their reaction....I did some random reading and found some other sounds....I just said (in a very forceful tone) "ME-YUPP" to my oldest cat...

I Love Animals...including Sweet Loving Cats!

Meow......... Love spending time & cooing, they love it too. I think I'm really an animal, just look human.  I connect w/animals in a way I just don't w/humans.

Can You Be Serious When Holding A Conversation With A Cat?

Posted by moonface2 Not really, I hold convos about his smelliness, fluffiness and bootifulness...while he eyes me with utter disdain :( Posted by alwayshungrylol Totally, however the cat likely thinks i'm an idiot. Posted by nakedeyes Of course. Cat chats are the best...

    I Speak Cat Too

My first cat taught me how. I just started mimicing his sounds. I know I'm probably just a crazy cat lady but I don't care. I was sick for several years...couldn't work...and started volunteering at a cat shelter. BE STILL MY HEART.  Was that fun. Now I...

    Mew Mu Meeewww!

Cats communicate far less vocally than humans do. I think they may be confused by our seeming ignorance to their communication styles, particuarlly their sensitivity to scents, since we just seem to be dumbfounded (and blind in the dark). I read a lot about how cats communicate...

    Sure, We Communicate.

I've had sessions of mewing back and forth with my cat last a ridiculous amount of time. Its not like human language at all, it is a delicate mix of vocalization, physicality and expression.
