I Spend Too Much Time Being Sad

    People have often said I am very,

    very negative about everything, even about very positive stuff. I am said to be very smart but that "gift" tends to make me over think and over react to things that wouldn't normally bother someone. I am very melancholic and I want to lighten up a bit. To anyone reading this...

    I have not been happy the past couple of years,
