    I use to back down to people

    and let them walk all over me . Now , I don't take people's ****. Not only do I stand up for myself , but for other people as well.

    It's important to be happy with your job

    since it may consume a lot of your time, but important to have hobbies or intersts to pursue outside of work so you have something to look forward to and so you can be a more well -rounded happy and interesting person.

    I have never backed down to someone.

    But I never use aggression or violence unless absolutely necessary. I always maintain the goal for mutual agreement and it acceptance.

    You are allowed to terminate toxic

    relationships. You are allowed to walk away from people who hurt you. You are allowed to be angry and selfish and unforgiving. You DON'T OWN ANYONE an explanation, for taking care of yourself.
