    Frustrating. I messed up my right foot

    while doing jumping jacks --- because my friend said they're a great exercise for the heart, and to keep the weight off. Now this sore foot is going to affect my running and yoga for the next few days at least. (sigh -- should've stuck with my regular routine.)

    For those of you who work out on a regular

    basis ... how often do you change your exercise routine? Do you follow a strict routine (running, yoga, weights, whatever), or do you mix it up a bit if you feel that you're not getting the desired results. Thanks.

    Half marathons were fun

    while I did them. Of all the activities I do, rock climbing is the best, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

    I try to run every day.

    If I don't have time for that, or simply don't want to leave the house, I will do my floor workout routine (push-ups, sit-ups, squats, various dumbbell exercises, and whatever I feel like doing that day.) Running is my favorite form of exercise out of anything I've tried before...
