    Lullaby Good-book

I must have been eleven or twelve years old. It was over a weekend and I went to sleep around 23:00. Everyone was asleep, but I tossed and turned and could not fall asleep. It usually takes me a good 45min or so now a days to actually fall asleep (if I ever do). I tried falling...

I've Done This A Few Times.

There's quite a few books that I've stayed up through the night to finish reading, or otherwise read in one sitting. Sometimes I regret it though, because I would love to just take the time to slowly savour and enjoy a book. However, when I find one that's intriguing, I just...

I have stayed awake with the books, and the characters... my friends. It was a learned habit, like brushing my teeth to do so, by closing my door and being very silent, so my parents wouldn't find out and try to make me sleep.  I didn't belong anywhere. It was fun...
