    Many Nights, Many Books

There have been many nights that I've stayed up to read a book...or two. If I'm halfway through one by bedtime I will probably stay up and read that till it is complete. Then, I will usually start another, immediately, so I have a book to wake up to. Hope I'm not the only "chain...

    So Many Times

If I find a good book, I can stay up all night reading it. In fact, I can read 200 pages a day. If I'm absorbed in the book, I never notice the time. I have to force myself to go to sleep so that I can wake up in the morning. ^.^   Ah, good times.

    I Read 5 Books In 1 Night

I remember I wanted to see how many books I could read in a single night. I learnt how to speed read when I was a child, but I always tried not to speed read in school because I was afraid I would miss something important. So I went to the library and checked out a few books...

    Sphere, By Michael Crichton

I bought this book and started reading it early one evening in 1992, I think. It was very engrossing, and I managed to finish it by 4AM that morning. I remember thinking "That should be made into a movie." Anyway, Michael Crichton is a pretty easy read. Fairly plain english...

I've Done This A Few Times.

There's quite a few books that I've stayed up through the night to finish reading, or otherwise read in one sitting. Sometimes I regret it though, because I would love to just take the time to slowly savour and enjoy a book. However, when I find one that's intriguing, I just...

Can't Put A Good Book Down.

This is why I always run out of good books. When I get one, I tend to get so engrossed that I'll read it cover to cover in more or less one sitting, much to the detriment of my social life and work :D Pratchett is particularly bad at writing books that are impossible to put down...

I've stayed up all night reading a book many times. It's the the best time. I'm not missing anything, everybody is asleep, it's quiet and if it's funny, I can laugh as loud as I can :-) So what if I have no sleep, isn't that why we have coffee?
