Some may consider it that but it's not! It is sooooo much fun. Especially when you have a brand new book and brand new box of Crayolas! Even more fun if its the HUGE box!

    Deal With It :d

When you work around a bunch of preschoolers and kindergarteners, you can't expect  to be in there and NOT color with them! That is against toddlers school regulations under the early childhood code of 3456MSTRS. They have me on my knees while...

You're Never Too Old To Do Colouring In.

I found a book I bought myself years ago when I was travelling a lot by train.  I can't read when I'm travelling I don't know why.  This was a very finely drawn book for coloured pencils.  I completed a few during this period.  It was the perfect thing to while away the time...

I believe that colouring in is not just for children, but for adults as well. It gives you time to think things over and create ideas whilst having something to do with your hands. So next you feel you need some quiet time, buy a colouring book and crayons and knock yourself out...

    My Inner Child Enjoys Coloring.

I'm not ashamed to admit I color.  I have a special box of crayons I don't share with my children.  Many times they loose their crayons or break them.  I keep my in tact.  I have scented crayons, metallic colors and my very own crayon sharpener.   ...

    From Time to Time

At times when there is absolutely nothing to do! I'll pick up a pack of colored pencils or crayons and just color. It's fun to just loose yourself in your artwork. For me stress just disappears when I'm drawing/coloring...fun times :)

    Colouring is the best!

Its super relaxing, doesn't need a huge amount of brain power to do and when you're finished you have something pretty to keep! There is an adults colouring book I've got which has loads of gorgeous patterns - floral, geometric and anything in between! I love it!

    Wax Color

When I find that the day has been a little too long, I enjoy not only the sensation of putting crayon to paper but the smell of that wax color.  I am almost instantly transported back to a time of innocence, when the biggest worry one had was which bus to catch for home.

    Is That So Weird?

I can spend all day coloring and listening to music. I like to get the detailed books that have little tiny spots and it takes hours to color one picture. When I have the simpler books I like to try to color to the beat of the music.
