    I Dont Get It-

I woke up one day and people said Pluto wasn't a planet anymore.  I don't really understand- mass or whatever you cant just teach us that something is one thing forever and then decide on a whim that it is something else... jerks!! *LOL* i have a fondness for Pluto it...

You can't just take away the title "planet" .

I find I am over protective of Pluto on this subject. It's like saying a banana is no longer a fruit it's a seed or something.... Bullsh*t.

Scientists that say Pluto is no longer a planet

can suck it. I'm a Scorpio and Pluto is my planet. You're not taking that away from me. I guess next, Antarctica won't be a continent anymore. You're scientists, not gods. :p

When I was born it was a planet

so when I die it will be a planet too.I feel so bad about it, being pushed to the side and being forgotten, they say it's not right to do it to people, than why is it okay to do it to planets?

What Do You Mean It's Not?

I've grown up writing tests, drawig diagrams, even building models with Pluto firmly in the planets of the Solar System. Call me a rebel, call me old-fashioned, but no matter what those scientists say Pluto will always be a planet to me.

Who says Pluto is a planetoid or a planetlet? Probably a bunch of rocket scientist brain surgeons that have trouble finding their car keys. Now we've or rather they've found some new planets. Hay, bring back this one then you can have more. Till then why don't you take a long...

Dwarf Planet Is Still A Planet

Pluto has been a planet sense 1930 and still is a planet, just cause you slap 'dwarf' in front of it doesn't make it stop being a planet. It is and always will be a planet and the second ruler of scorpio, I'll teach this to my children and to their children's children.

I mean it has a frikin moon orbiting around it

already, if that doesn't make it a planet, I don't know what will... And I did hear were other "dwarf planets" discovered beyond Pluto that also orbit the sun, but in my view, anything that orbits the sun should be classified as a planet!

I just took astronomy this past spring

and i now understand why they downgraded pluto. its really silly. Half of them think it still is a planet and the others think its a dwarf planet. So I think until they all can get on the same page, its still a planet to me.
