I Still Consider Pluto a Planet

It is so strange when the most acclaimed and approved scientists worldwide first for centuries "believe" - with significant amount of research - in geocentric system, and later - in heliocentric such.... Then again similar...

Pluto has been a planet sense 1930 and still is a planet, just cause you slap 'dwarf' in front of it doesn't make it stop being a planet. It is and always will be a planet and the second ruler of scorpio, I'll teach this to my children...

I grew up being told my whole life Pluto is the ninth planet in our solar system. We had to learn and recite all the planets. We had to make models. You can't just unlearn it. Pluto is a little and cold planet.

Thats like telling a cat its not really a cat. Pluto is a planet. They are just denying it like they did Aliens!! They don't want pluto to be a planet... it'll always be one in my heart.

When my mom told me that Pluto was downgraded to a dwarf planet, I began to yell at her and throw a tantrum for the next three days. I find it unfair that Pluto can no longer be called a planet, and I still get tears eyed when it is...

I consider there to be ten or eleven planets, depending on the day.

When you are raised thinking something is the way it is,it is hard to find out it is not.I still think of it as a planet and I am sure my kids who are too young to care right now, will someday correct me. :)

I woke up one day and people said Pluto wasn't a planet anymore.  I don't really understand- mass or whatever you cant just teach us that something is one thing forever and then decide on a whim that it is something else...

I've grown up writing tests, drawig diagrams, even building models with Pluto firmly in the planets of the Solar System. Call me a rebel, call me old-fashioned, but no matter what those scientists say Pluto will always be a planet to me...
