    Just Did It

    It feels friggin GREAT. Loosen up the muscles before getting cozy into the sheets of safety and warmth. First the legs, especially hamstrings, then calf muscles, do downward dog, back stretch, neck stretch and you are GOOD for 6-10 hours of deep sleep baby
