I Struggle to Be In Bed At a Reasonable Hour

    It's not really a struggle :P It's more like a

refusal. Why go to bed at like 10 when I can stay up until Like 2 or 3 AM :P When I was younger I was the kind of kid that would just lay in bed and not fall asleep for hours and my dad would be like "Go to bed you aren't going to miss anything!" But I've ust always liked...

I am thinking that three hour naps in the

middle of the afternoon are preventing me from falling asleep at a reasonable time. Of course, I can only do this on a slow weekend day.

Every single night, I always find myself lost

in a book, or hoping someone new will message me on one of the social apps I have. Some days I find myself too exhausted to think.

I regret staying up late last night.

It's 10 to 6am and I have to be in the North suburbs by 8am and it'll take about an hour and a half to get their with traffic. I hope the coffee line is not that long, I feel cranky and want to sleep a little more, coffee will fix that!

I Hate That I Struggle With This...

...there are times when I have sat up so late that I only get about 3 hours sleep. I absolutely hate it when I do that. It's so very hard to drag myself out of bed when I haven't had sufficient sleep. It makes for a completely miserable day. I'm either... ..watching TV...

so I've pretty much given up on trying. I will sleep when I am exhausted enough.

I never feel tired so I have to just decide to

go to bed which never happens till after 2 am. I still have to get up at 8am most days but somehow I'm still not tired. Could be the Wellbutrin I'm on.

not because I have something do to, but because I'm afraid of tomorrow.

Yet I Am Hardly Ever Tired.

If I decide I am going to bed at 10:30 pm I will look at the clock at 1:00 am and go yeah maybe I should go to bed now. I never get to bed at my planned time (which is always reasonable.)

Usually, I make plans to be in bed by 10.

.. but my mind is always racing with something, be it music, research, whatever. I always find myself preoccupied with something that is just too fascinating, and then before I know it, it is 2:00 in the morning, and I'm STILL in the middle of reading an article about a case that...

To Sleep Or Not to Sleep ...

I must admit that I never struggle to be 'in' bed.  I live my life from bed ... literally.  However, getting to sleep is an entirely different story. I struggle with sleep.  I struggle with getting to sleep and I struggle more with trying to keep a schedule. ...

    Bed Is For Humans

I've always stayed up when I should be in bed simple for the fact that I prefer being awake to asleep. I mean come on, sleeping is boring unless you have awesome dreams every night and even if you do you can't ever remember most of them. And even then, the recommended eight hours...
