    As far as I know I do not clench

    or grind at night, but I do it all day long. I'll be consciously aware of it a lot of the time but I do it subconsciously as well and it is SO hard to stop. I also suffer from OCD. I mainly push my bottom front teeth against my top front or click/tap/grind my molars together...

    My pain hurts. :( I woke up

    and the whole left side of my skull was aching. I turned over to my right side and heard an unfamiliar pop in my jaw. It was the first time I've woken up in pain since I had a mouth guard fitted six nights ago. So I'm not ignoring people for once. I can barely think straight...

    My Teeth Disappear In My Sleep...

    I have had Bruxism as long as I can remember--my mom would tell me that she could hear me grinding my teeth in the next room it was so bad.I didn't think anything of it, because I wasn't educated about it--since then, of course I've learned that it's a harmful symptom of stress...

    For a good seven years
