Hello Everyone. I Literally Feel Your Pain

(I wrote the story below before I had a very successful back surgery for my problem. I am no longer in pain (thank God), but I will leave this story up because I can relate to, and feel so bad for, anyone who deals with chronic pain. Every pain-free day is a huge gift that I do...

Wow, It Was Really Bad Today

Usually it's a dull pain or it calms if I change position in my work chair, but it was bad today. I've gained weight recently and not been working out, and I've very sure this is related. But, omg, I could hardly think. Of course, I'm about to go on vacation so I'm stressed and...

    Since Childhood

I've had this since I was little. Falling out of trees constantly and roughhousing definitely didn't help. I used to crawl into my parents bed at all hours of the night and cry from the pain. It's gotten worse over the years and sometimes I can't get out of bed. Sciatica blows.
