Fresh Poster | on 02:31PM at Mar 2nd, 2009 I voted for him but now I am upset.
1: He appointed lobbyist to his staff after promising not to.
2: He promised to pull the troops out of Iraq asap but now says after 2010 up to 50,000 will still remain there
3: He now is going to sign a budget bill filled with earmarks after he promised not to. He lied to me !
FYI...I think this website is doing a good job in grading Obama’s performance:

| Fresh Poster | on 06:08PM at Mar 24th, 2009 Not to argue but I distinctly remember him saying during the campaign that he was going to leave enough troops to maintain a safe envirionment. He also said that he would take actions against the country really harbouring terrorist. I think a lot of people only heard what they wanted to during this campaing. Which dissappoints me. |
| Fresh Poster | on 04:04PM at Mar 30th, 2009 i just wish every body would give obama a chance becuz this stuff takes time its not gonna happen over night!!!!!!!!!! |
| Fresh Poster | on 01:05PM at Apr 25th, 2009 damnit u try havin the HUGE responsibility of running a country and c how well u do... |
| Fresh Poster | on 05:10PM at May 7th, 2009 I agree 100% with you on his track record, however, your statement begs the question...how many times did Bush, and his cronies, lie to the American people? And, his lies have cost thousands of our soldiers to die needless deaths. Also, his lies benefitted him and his cronies...at least Obamas lies have not financially benefitted him or his family or cronies, as of yet.
But, I do agree that we MUST keep our politicians 100% accountable. In this department, I believe Obama is the FIRST and ONLY American president to run a transparent government.
I believe Obama has raised the bar for any, and all, future American Presidents and politicians, and now that he has set precedent, the American people MUST insist on a government that is transparent from this day forward. We MUST insist on a government FOR THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE.

| Fresh Poster | on 08:10PM at Aug 6th, 2009 I could not agree with you more. I was wondering if anyone else was beging to question where" the change you can believe in "went to. Where is the man we voted for? |
| Fresh Poster | on 07:28PM at Aug 19th, 2009 yeah, he needs 7 or 8 yrs to fix this mess. I hope they can get term limits for president removed. |
| Fresh Poster | on 07:31PM at Aug 19th, 2009 he is soo transparent, he has a website and he just wants to help us all.

| Fresh Poster | on 03:02PM at Sep 5th, 2009 I was thinking that myself Clitmit. So much finger pointing. Even when Bush was president how is it his fault the country fell into such despair? How many people can even name their Governors and congressmen? It annoys me to no end that no one even stops to consider the real people who write the bills and give the president authority to do the things that get done or even stop him from doing things. So seriously people next time you want to blame someone for the way this country is blame your own ignorance. |
| Fresh Poster | on 05:48PM at Oct 25th, 2009 You have just scratch the surface of what you have been lied to and about. His agenda is to have a place in the "World Government"...They can blame it on Bush and will as much as they can...I would if I were in his shoes..but in reality, he has an agenda that is to bunkrupt the US and then we will be at the hands of our creditors which is the big players such as the "Federal Reserve". He has spent more money in the first 6 months on office than any previous president ..no make that any four presidents have in the history of our nation..and that is combined..the whole bunch is out of control and they don't care if you like it or not. They are going to pass enough legislation that you won't be able to do anything about it. That's why the big hurry..hurry...don't read it..just pass it.. |
| Fresh Poster | on 01:53AM at Oct 26th, 2009 I am an Australian but have a great interest in American politics. I did live there for 18 months.
I personally would have voted Republican. There was something about Obama that just did not ring true. He is a wonderful speaker & very charismatic, but was obviously making quite unachievable promises. He did however manage to fool the Swedish Nobel Prize committee who awarded him the Peace Prize after just 12 days in office.
McCain at 72 was written off. Why? And the unknown wildcard, Sarah Palin is a lot smarter than many people realised.
Now "the bed has been made and the world must sleep in it for another 3 years". |
| Fresh Poster | on 02:05AM at Oct 26th, 2009 i question why hes capping u.s. wells?? most oilfield workers, if they arent out of a job, they are going overseas for work. how does capping our wells deter us from our dependence on foreign oil??? health care doesnt concern me. i'll never have it so i dont worry much about it. and obama did say, before he was elected, that his goal was to remove troops but he also stated that would take a long time. i dont like bailouts for big retarded businesses either. why not help the small businesses or the individuals who are struggling. it makes no sense to hand money over to corporate executives! |
| Fresh Poster | on 02:07AM at Oct 26th, 2009 oh and rwshortie, give me a ******* break.....if you cant handle being president dont ******* run for the presidency! but i do agree he hasnt been in office long enough to see any big changes. i also do think the nobel peace prize thing was a bit much. i'm sure that horribly feeds into the christians ideas of obama being the antichrist. | Fresh Poster | on 06:27AM at Oct 26th, 2009 I am sure Sara Palin is a very shrewd woman, but I am not sure how smart she is. Perhaps when she masters the ability to speak in complete sentences, we'll find out. Her Republican handlers will take care of that by 2012. But don't count on them succeeding. They had a much smarter puppet in Bush, and they could only achieve so much. ( He now admits he didn't like the "Mission Impossible" (sic) on the warship).
I wish Chuck Hagel had run. There's a man who has the highest standards, he's served his country honorably, he's been successful in business and he was never afraid of the party. | |
