    My Sister Had Ovarian Cancer

    My sister died from this, from the time she found out til she passed was roughly eight months. This was years ago, she passed in 1997but I still miss her. She was an awesome person and I think of her every day.

    My Friend

    I had a friend in high school who had ovarian cancer.  Thankfully she's fine now, but every year I participate in the OROC 5k (Out Run Ovarian Cancer).  It's a wonderful event and if you're not a runner there is a mile walk that you can sign up for.
