    Among Other Things

I don't see why everything has to be split down gender lines. Other than giving birth (except in the animal kingdom, the males of several species are the ones that give birth) nothing is the sole property of either gender. So why do we always feel the need to divide things by...

    It's A Sales Ploy

One big reason for "Genderization" (lovely word) of clothing is for clothing manufacturers to make more money. They want to put people into ever smaller groups such that members of one group don't want to wear the clothes of the other groups. Dividing clothing into "inappropriate...

    Wished For A Sundress

When I was a small boy, growing up where the summers were quite hot, I had my first wish to wear girls clothes. I didn't want to be a girl; I just wanted to be comfortable. Years ago, when I was in kindergarten and early elementary school years, boys didn't wear shorts and t...

    What Are Clothes?

What are clothes? Clothes are nothing more the materials designed to cover the body. That's all. So what difference does it make what you are wearing to cover yourself. Only society decided a gender difference in clothing. I didn't get a say in it, did you? So we let someone else...

    Men's Dresses Vs Women's Dresses

Although I support the degenderization of clothing, I suspect that if men wore dresses, they would be different from the dresses women now wear. In the first place, women have a certain...umm..."upper-body endowment" that most men neither have nor want. But many women's fashions...

    It Is Only Cloth

It is ridiculous that there is such a huge taboo about men wearing clothes that women have worn for years. Women have no such taboo's If a guy wants to wear silk and satin why is it anyone's business? If a guy wants to put on a dress why should anyone try to stop them?

    Degenderization?

I already wear all womens underthings, womens jeans and shoes and boots. Pantyhose when the occasion arises. The only thing that isn't is the shirt or blouse. But I think being able to wear a dress in public without scrutiny would be wonderful.

Mens Clothing Is Already Degenderized, How About The Rest?

Degenderization of clothing, to me, doesn't mean the same as crossdressing. (Although CDing is just fine in my book.) It's about expressing who you are. And about wearing what you think feels good and looks good on you and that others will think looks good. Yes, women and men...
