    Remember This

Soldiers go to war because they are told to. While some volunteer for combat duty, there are many that simply show up to work every day and do what they were ordered to do by their superiors and sworn to do for their country. It's easy to sit back and voice opinions because...

    No Problems

I admire soldiers for their strength, bravery, courage, and honor.  I have absolutely no problems with them. I love the Marines, by the way--they are something else.  :D  But the reasons to send these men and women overseas away from their families doesn't jive...

I am a soldier.  The people I despise are the ones who protest the soldiers because of the war.  It's not our fault, it's simply our job.

    So Very True

I have and will always support our troops and NOT the war. I disagree with war so much. But that doesn't mean I have to stop supporting our troops, cause I won'tI support them so much. Fighting, in my opinion, is so childish. I know  that a few of our wars have fought for a...

    It's a Contradiction

I don't understand why people say they are against the war but they support the soldiers.  It is illogical to oppose the war and still support the individuals who make a choice to fight in it, just as it is illogical for me to say I oppose capital punishment but still...

    From One Military Family's View

I grew up in a very militant family setting. Most of my family members have served their country and a few are still serving, in government jobs. My uncle works for National Security. I also wanted to serve my country, but I'm too sick and they wouldn't accept me. :-( Anyhoo, I...

I don't support this war. I don't understand why it has gone on so long or why it even started in the first place. Personally I believe North Korea is the place that needs the most attention, but that's just my opinion. I do support the soldiers. They chose to enroll so they...
