    I Am a Vampire.

Before I started my St. John's Wort treatment I scoffed at the warnings that it would make me more sensitive to light.  I was like "oh that's ridiculous.  That makes no sense silly WebMD." Ohh.  Ohhh it's so creepy how it is true though.  I can...

    My Anxiety

I'm 44 now and have had an anxiety disorder for the past few years if not longer. Until recently I didn't even know what it was and in hindsight I had my first attack in my early 30s when I was at a mall. The shakes, heart palpitations, sweating and nervousness came with that...

    Peanut Allergy

The St Johns Wort package says not to take it if you have a peanut allergy even though there aren't any in the ingredients, so I'm guessing it was made in a nut environment - has anyone experienced any allergic reactions?

    As of Today

I started taking it today and am keeping my fingers crossed that it helps with my depression. Even if it only helps a little it'll be worth it. I have heard great things from people who have used it but I'm not going to get my hopes up as I don't want to be disappointed!!

    St-john's Wort

When I stopped taking my anti-depressant, I took a few doses of St-John's Wort not to feel the anti-depressant withdrawal. * If a person is on anti-depressant, you cannot take this tea.
