In always thinking about killing people or killing something.. My eyes sometimes turn black and when. That happens I feel like killing.. What is up with that?.

Im always thinking about death and people dying.
I keep getting urges to bite myself really hard and just drink the blood.
When I see a knife I can't help thinking that I could hurt myself with it.
