First off, I don't have any friends. And when I say 'I don't have any friends,' I mean it literally. I had hung onto one good friend for the majority of high school, but when it came to be senior year, we didn't hear from each other. It was because whenever there were plans to be...

    Story # 192 I Have Always

From earliest childhood, I have obsessed about death. I am afraid, not of dying, but of ceasing to be. It sounds like the same thing, but really for me, it isn't. I am not afraid of the process. I don't wonder what will kill me, or how badly I might suffer. I am simply terrified...

Let me start off like this.

I'm a 22 year old, fat and ugly. The only thing I'm good at is making people laugh, weather it's at my expense or not. my life consists of going to work, coming home, texting someone, most of friends are people I met online. I moved out of my state to better myself, which for...

I have died before. I don't remember anything,

I can't even remember if everything was just black. I woke up in the hospital after a car accident. I had flat lined in the ER and was dead for a whole 22 seconds. I often wonder what I experienced in those 22 seconds of nonexistence. What did I experience?

    If you could truly die,

you wouldn't know you are alive right now. Everytime you lose a vessel your conscious force is released back into the source. If your conscious is an ocean and some of you is collected and is separated from you, is that part of you still you? Of course it is still you.. the...

These past few months I've been curious about

death. I've been wondering which way I would die, if my life would flash before my eyes like people who've experienced near death say. I've wondered will I feel my soul leave my body and what would happen next. Would there be darkness? Or will I go to heaven or hell?

It's going to happen to us all.

We should think about it. It's not sad but it's the beginning of our new home in the grave .

It's strange really. One night I was lying in

my bed simply wondering about death. I thought about death what it would be like. To have your senses shut down, to not think or exist. That's when something happened. I started to suddenly feel hot. My whole body felt like it was burning. My forehead was covered in cold sweat...

Sometimes I find myself thinking about death at

my most peaceful moments, it haunts me daily. Sometime I see myself taking my life but yet don't because life is to precious to me. Talk about being stuck between a rock and a hard place.

    I'm not depressed or suicidal

or anything. But isn't it weird how, when you think about what dying is like, you must first become so much more aware of your self and your body?

    I do think about death

and it scares me. The unknown. But, just as we exist now who knows what death holds for us. We still do not know how we got here and the questions will be to infinity and beyond. I do see some religions as a coping mechanism for the people who may not be able to deal with the...

I think about death all the time.

I think about my own in occasion, and I always feel like I'll die young. I think about what will happen to me. Sometimes, when I'm at my worst, I wish something would happen to me. I'd never cut or commit suicide, so at my lowest of lows I wish for some incurable and terminal...

    What's It All About?

I think about death and dying all the time. Sometimes as I try to sleep I think about where will I go? Where will I end up? I see this black hole of emptiness of nothing and I totally freak out. What's the point of it all? Why was I created? Why didn't God leave me in Heaven? Why...

I'm not paranoid and it's not something I would

be about to let hold me back in life but the thought that one day I will just scese to exist, to just stop breathing, terrifies me! it's sad that this is the only certain in life we will all go through.. it makes sense why people cling to the prospects of afterlife so much.

It doesn't scare me. I always want to die. I dream about my death either by getting run over, getting shot, by giving birth, or hanging myself. I was close on doing the last one 3 times already. Almost succeed. Almost.
