    Makeup

I know it is petty but I just cringe when I see young girls wearing make up. I am not talking about Tweens I am talking about 2+ year olds. I know it may look cute but exposure at such a young age is just taking away the innocence of being a child and growing up watching your...

Growing Up? I Don't Think So.

I've been reading a lot of these stories about how people think children are "growing up" too fast.  The thing is that from what I'm reading, they're not growing up at all.  Quite the opposite actually.  One recurring theme I see in here is promiscuity...

I believe kids are growing up to fast

because society puts so much pressure on them. If you are not like the boys and girls on the magazines and television then you're nothing. Brains and talent seem to not matter anymore. Shame.

Personally I think kids are growing up to fast.

And I don't just say that because my daughter is back in diapers. I'm guilty of it as well. I often focus to much on impressing other moms and dads over what is best for her. I'm trying to be better about it but it isn't always easy.

It's horrible seeing children not acting like .

.. Well, children. I see 10 year olds in mini skirts and heels, with iPhones, joining Facebook and having 'boyfriends' and it breaks my heart. At that age I was still climbing trees and thought boys were icky. This generation is so ****** up :(
