Does anyone fear technology will kill us?

Has anyone seem Wall-E and notice how every human was fat in the future because they had everything given to them or easily accessible. My concern is the next generation, our kids and their kids who will grow up without the same values we had in life which was hard work...

self-education—it's all very important. I find it sad when people do not value education. Without education, we cannot progress and become better human beings.

all in my A levels and i'm wondering whether i should go back and try and re-take despite my poor results or take a year out and probably be very bored. The former option is looking increasingly more attractive. Any advice?? Best wishes

Education is the key to life.

If you really think about, all these low paying low class jobs like a cashier, waiter/waitress, delivery guy will be replaced by machines in the future and that us what scares me. People today need to go to school before the workforce is completely replaced.

    Why Education Makes a Difference

I believe that being educated, especially in a liberal arts setting, opens a person's mind to a certain degree.  I feel that through the courses you take and the experiences you undergo, communication skills are better, prejudices are lessened...because prejudice is really...

How To Find A Job When There Are None

This might help! Many people rely on "Help Wanted" advertisements to find employment. Don't! Look beyond that. There's an enormous iceberg of jobs under the surface in the U.S. economy. You can't see them because they go unfilled and other employees take up the slack...

    A Friendly Gesture.

I hated school while growing up. Got mostly barely passing grades in all but a few subjects, where the teacher made the subject interesting to me, and those I aced. But, at age 16 I dropped out and at 17 joined the navy. A Liutenant, whose name I can't remember, took a liking to...
