I'd have to say this is a true statement, however, it keeps the mind, on the ball.

My average time on EP is about 3-4 hours a day.On Rainy Days ... its goes up to another hour or so.Sometimes ... I'm on it all night long ... and I can't believe that I did that..I'm Nuts!

definitely not the worst addiction to have. but really, it's bad. if i'm home for even five minutes i log on! it's more like if i'm anywhere with a computer!

The first step to recovery is admitting you have aproblem. I have a problem.
I EP too much. I love my EP friends but I am afraid I am going to have to cut down on the time I spend on EP.

It's like drinking while shooting pool (billiards). A few drinks and you play better, but too many and you're useless.  

I just joined EP yesterday and I can't seem to get off. I typically don't like networking sites but I feel confident that people on here don't know me So I can open up and say what Im thinking with out being judged in the "real" world...

I don't know if there was a deliberate intention in the design of EP to do this, but I've realised that a significant drawing factor at EP is the continual stimulation when you post.
