    I drank underage but I learnt what my limits

    There are policies that we are expected to

    follow at work that just aren't do-able at times. Like the 7 day postpartum followup call. We don't have esp. We can't know when mom delivered. And if she didn't come in to be certified for a couple weeks after delivery, its just not happening. Oh but we're expected to make that...

    most rules are bullshit.

    you only need one rule: don't be evil. that sums it up. have fun and enjoy life to fullest extent and don't hurt anyone else. thats my rule and i dont care about other rules and morals.

    When people tell me what to do,

    I'm always inclined to do the opposite because I think "how dare they try to control me". I think some rules are ridiculous and don't really matter. Besides, I feel like you regret the things you don't do more than the things you do.

    Haha... I started workout

    after 3 months vacation. In these three months I broke all the rules I had before. I ate everything I wanted. No workouts. Long sleeps. Snacks all the time.. Etc... So now I came back to my normal life. But it's being really hard to follow the rules again...😭😭 my heart is...
