    Since I was born, I have found

    It Never Works

    I have tried and failed in the past to ignore, run from, even completely avoid all the feelings that run through me all the time. It sucks when there are so many and they constantly change.

    My Crumbling Fortress

      I have caught myself lately trying to avoid love because of my intense fear of rejection and pain.  I continually build walls and you tear them down as quickly as I build them.  How can I build my fortress of solitude when you continually crumble its walls?
