I Use My Cell Phone As My Alarm Clock

hey, why not? You're probably attached to your cell phone the entire day..might as well use it to wake up. 3,161 People

    Well Yeah

There are times when I'm so groggy when I first wake up I dunno what button I'm supposed to hit to turn it off and I fumble with it while it grows louder and louder and annoys me. but most mornings I'm not that bad and I can turn it off within the first few seconds.

    No Longer

Well, some time back my phone stopped making noise. That was fine for a bit, I was pretty into my body routine of waking and sleeping hours so the vibrate did the trick. Until.. it didn't anymore :*( One day it just didn't vibrate anymore! Not for calls, or alarms, but it did...

Get a pillowcase with a zipper so you can put the phone in there. Then you have to search for it lol.

I had to start using my cell phone as an alarm clock, because one of my cats made the connection between my alarm clock going off, and me waking up. So, on days I could sleep in and didn't set my alarm, he would start playing with my alarm clock and wake me up. I put my alarm...

    I Can Set 3 Alarms

Used to hate having to switch the button on the alarm clock from weekday to weekend... My mobile lets me set 2 alarms for M_F and a separate one for Weekends... I love the 5 minute snooze, the old alarm went 9 minutes which let me go back to a deeper sleep.

I have my phone with me every day and it's much easier to set than an ordinary clock. Damn I got too much spare time if I'm writing crap like this.

    RIP Real Alarm Clock

As it turns out, alarm clocks don't take being repeatedly bashed against a cinder block wall very well. Oh well, that thing was less than reliable anyhow. I've had better luck with using cell phone alarms, so I'll keep using them.

First things first - I hate alarm clocks. Also, I don't have space in my room for a nightstand, so the only logical place to put an alarm clock is on my headboard. The only thing that fits on the headboard is the cellphone. But this time of year, brisk evenings and cool...

It's Partially So I Can Change Up My Alarm Sound.

I find the same sound every day ends up with me turning off the alarm and not remembering I got up. If it's the radio I just let it play or, again, turn it off without remembering. The many uses of a cell phone is wonderful so long as it isn't a ringing at all hours.
