    We Are All Lights

I grew up in a somewhat Christian environment and living in the bible belt, I experienced my fair share of unsolicited religious doctrine shoved in my face. Of course, I was scared of God and going to hell so I remained obedient. When I was 18 I got very sick. my doctors told...

As a teenager I was a loving and devout Christian lad. I didn't go to church as much as I would have liked, but didn't feel my relationship was with the church so it didn't stress me out. I was moved by the hymns, the scriptures, I helped teach sunday school...

    Got Sick Of The Hypocrisy

Some good-hearted people in the church, but mostly sheep and close-minded people who feel chosen. The converse, of course, is that they see everyone else as unchosen, lesser souls and fertile targets of their saving wisdom. I see more Christ-like behavior outside the church.

    Ex Christian Turned Spiritual
