    Maybe I Still Am

I was a goth from ages 14-17. I loved it. I truly felt like myself, and if I could still dress that way and still be taken seriously, I would. But my jobs never allowed me to have facial piercings and such, and people never took me seriously. Like all adults, my parents said it...

Vampires Took Me To The Dark Side...and It Was Hella Fun!

Thanks to all the vampire stuff that was starting up a few years ago, it stirred up the goth in me. I didn't do all black clothes and makeup like most. So if you looked at me you really couldn't tell I was a goth. But in my head and the things I did I was a natural. lol That...

I Dont Know That I Can Really Say All I Need To Say About It In One Coherent Storyline

I was a goth in high school. I loved every part about it. A lot of it for me was the romance about it. Being in love with death is "safe" and manageable. In a lot of ways i still am in love with death. Now i dont write crappy poetry about it (anymore) though i still write...

    And I Will Be Again

When I lose weight and get through my social anxiety and this annoying lack of self-confidence, I am going back to my goth roots. The hair, the clothes, the jewellery, the make-up, the boots, the attitude, everything. I'll have to wait to get my old hair back until...

When I was in my late teens/early 20s,

I was a goth. Well, I was never a stereotypical goth - I went through phases. I discovered rock and metal bands such as Evanescence, Marilyn Manson, Tool etc. as a teenager. I had a very miserable, lonely and unhappy adolescence, and the music kept me sane. I then went away to...

    So Now I'm A Goody Goody :p

But i still have my dark side. On the surface I'm really quiet, even sweet. But there are times when my inner beast comes out and I can be really scary and dominating. I was really into goth clothes (still am at times) and hung around the emos and candy kids, my school was full...
