Why? because I hurt. Every inch of me hurt. I couldn't cope with my emotions, I felt so unworthy of my friends and family, I let them treat me badly because I felt that I must deserve it. My tip? Face your demon.
I had an addictive past,cocaine,gambling,booze,sex,weed,and so on. Its hard and once in a while we slip but then we need tostart over
To punish myself for who I was/ wasnt. My best tip? Sit with the demon that you fear the most.
