Everytime someone looks at me when i'm at work at freeze up and feel really paranoid. This problem also happens when people look and speak to me and I get so paranoid when someone is speaking and looking at me that I just end up staring at nothing. This started happening yesterday at work. I need this problem to go away quickly.

I'm nervous that I will have a paranoid look on my face when I see them and when they see me.
