    Need motivation to get back to the gym.

    I bought a new pair of trainers a couple of

    days ago. Going to start using my exercise bike and bullworker for now and increase my fitness level so that I can get a gym set up in the garden by September with the goal of getting to my highest fitness level yet.

    I've been feeling like absolute ****

    So I started working out regularly.

    But I can't seem to motivate myself. Anybody have any tips? I've tried weeping pictures on my phone of what I wanna look like and everything. I just can't push myself hard enough to see results and I don't know why.

    A Years Worth Of Catching Up!

    I am fit most of the time.

    I don't need to work out because I stay active and work hard. But after a holiday, I need a little more. I am joining a gym one mile from my house and I will walk to and from! That should work just fine.
