    I think a Fitbit would help to keep track of my

    fitness goals. In fact, the Fitbit Surge came out this morning it's a mix between a smart watch and fitness tracker. Perfect! I would totally love one for the new year. :D

    I have had self image issues all my life

    and some emotional scars from childhood bullying. I want to be a fit me.... But I am soooooo lazy. lol. But I am trying, lost 40lbs and have kept it off. I have a treadmill but its circuit board fried, once I buy a new part I can start it up again.

    I am fit most of the time.

    I don't need to work out because I stay active and work hard. But after a holiday, I need a little more. I am joining a gym one mile from my house and I will walk to and from! That should work just fine.

    A Years Worth Of Catching Up!

    I haven't ran for about a year, I decided last night was a good night to start again... wow am I out of shape! I ran 4k in 39 min *shakes head in shame* That was an eye opener for sure... setting new goals :)

    I'm trying so very hard to get my dream body!

    (Not me in the picture) I'm a sedentary person. I literally used to do nothing!! Now I've been on a diet for a month and working out so hard! I'm even on crossfit! I never thought I could be able to do that much exercise! But I'm patient with the results!💪😊

    Fit Body Has Fit Mind... Thus Positive Thoughts!!

    So I started working out regularly.

    But I can't seem to motivate myself. Anybody have any tips? I've tried weeping pictures on my phone of what I wanna look like and everything. I just can't push myself hard enough to see results and I don't know why.
