    I'm currently 58 kg (130 lbs).

    and my height is 165cm (5'4). i go to gym almost everyday. ppl around me say my weight is okay but i dont know, i think i should lose more weight. when i try to eat less food, i end up eating more. one day i eat clean and the other day i eat almost everything. its so annoying.

    Its not that I am over weight,

    or im not healthy or anything, but im not really fit, I am skinny, I am still attractive looking, but I wanna start working out more often and then start getting fit.

    Overweight Teen Girl

    A Years Worth Of Catching Up!

    I haven't ran for about a year, I decided last night was a good night to start again... wow am I out of shape! I ran 4k in 39 min *shakes head in shame* That was an eye opener for sure... setting new goals :)

    I'm trying so very hard to get my dream body!

    I am fit most of the time.

    I don't need to work out because I stay active and work hard. But after a holiday, I need a little more. I am joining a gym one mile from my house and I will walk to and from! That should work just fine.

    Almost There...

    I think a Fitbit would help to keep track of my

    fitness goals. In fact, the Fitbit Surge came out this morning it's a mix between a smart watch and fitness tracker. Perfect! I would totally love one for the new year. :D

    KInda been trying on

    I have had self image issues all my life

    and some emotional scars from childhood bullying. I want to be a fit me.... But I am soooooo lazy. lol. But I am trying, lost 40lbs and have kept it off. I have a treadmill but its circuit board fried, once I buy a new part I can start it up again.
