Most of the time my wife and I try to eat healthy, even buying organic produce and traditionally-raised chicken or pork (sorry vegans).
Every now and then, however, I feel like treating myself to a hamburger and fries or a few large bowls of ice-cream (vanilla!). I don't give in to these urges, however, because I know that I won't be treating myself with these foods, but rather mistreating myself.
