getting a masters in medical physics sponsored by work now, after graduating 2007 in physics :) getting there...
Took too long, and worked too hard, but it's still worth it. Don't make a lot of money teaching at a university (tenure track, even,) but I love my job.
I want a PhD in physics, and, if I stay on-track, I'll have one in 3 or 4 years. Grad school is hard work, but at least it keeps me off the streets.
