    Just Discovered Myself

At the ripe old age of 49 I have discovered why I have suffered anxiety and panic attacks. It is because of People! I played the game for years, putting up with rude, loud, obnoxious behavior and watching society move on in a way that I did not want to participate in. I am not...

    Easily

I was before and I can do it again. It's not a hard thing to do even with kids. I can become a shut in and only leave to go to work or to be with him. I don't invite many people over and don't really like to go to others homes. My house, my privacy, my peace.
