    I can't afford to go to the gym

    but I want to improve my level of fitness. I already try and walk everywhere and I plan to ride my bike more. What else can I do?

    I'm setting a goal of cutting out fast food &

    soda from my diet (No more Wendy's, Mc Donald's, etc. ). And I'm going to exercise for @ least 30 mins a day. Today was day one! I have a good feeling about this. Maybe exercising will get me out of this funk. Let's hope :)
