I am healthy enough for now. I definitely would like to keep the energy level that I have right now as I am getting older.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure... very good advice. It's better to maintain your health than to wait until disease takes hold. Keep your immune system healthy. Learn and practice the Ten Natural Laws of Health.
