    Just remember, eating healthy is more important

    than exercising a lot. I've done very well with my eating in the past week and I already feel better about myself. The easiest thing to do is cut out fast food. It's okay to have a cheat day, but try your best not to.

    Vegetarian is a good way to keep healthy.

    If you sit for long periods of time regularly

    no matter what size you are, you can possibly develop heart disease over time, if you don't exercise much. Exercise strengthens the heart and helps it maintain a nice normal beat. :) that's my advice for today.
