    Today will be day one of physical therapy

    for this mystery back/hip/leg pain that I have been having. I hate not having a diagnosis. My X-rays were negative. So it feels like we are putting the cart before the horse. But if it will give me se relief and allow me to workout again, then it will be worth it.

    If you sit for long periods of time regularly

    no matter what size you are, you can possibly develop heart disease over time, if you don't exercise much. Exercise strengthens the heart and helps it maintain a nice normal beat. :) that's my advice for today.

    I am trying my best. I just wish they could

    Since I stopped drinking beer,
