    So I hurt my right shoulder a few years ago

    The main drink I have all day long is water.

    Put bananas in the freezer,

    and once they are frozen put them in a food blender and add just a little bit of water, it makes a really tasty ice cream actually. You could add some berries to give it more flavor as well. Really, to me this is delicous. ^-^

    Started on my weight loss journey this year.
