    If you sit for long periods of time regularly

    no matter what size you are, you can possibly develop heart disease over time, if you don't exercise much. Exercise strengthens the heart and helps it maintain a nice normal beat. :) that's my advice for today.

    Put bananas in the freezer,

    and once they are frozen put them in a food blender and add just a little bit of water, it makes a really tasty ice cream actually. You could add some berries to give it more flavor as well. Really, to me this is delicous. ^-^

    I'm altering my diet to cut out all the bad

    Had a great visit today

    and my Pulmonologist told me I don't have to go back, my lungs are 100% and I want to keep staying healthy, and healthier. I still need to loose a lot of weight and need to try harder. I love food a lot but I don't want it to destroy me either though.

    Been working on a morning routine of walking
