    But my mom just seems to NOT want me to.

    I went to the doctors office

    for a check up and I am 5'5" and 124lbs! Huge improvement from the 158 I was a couple months ago. Pic is my favorite meal as of late.

    Been working on a morning routine of walking

    and yoga or whatever needed to be focused on that day. I've been doing yoga the past four days, I walk ever morning, but yesterday I decided to look up on YouTube how to do a proper squat and ohmygosh. My thighs and butt have been sore all day today ?? Time to rest.

    Put bananas in the freezer,

    and once they are frozen put them in a food blender and add just a little bit of water, it makes a really tasty ice cream actually. You could add some berries to give it more flavor as well. Really, to me this is delicous. ^-^

    If you sit for long periods of time regularly

    no matter what size you are, you can possibly develop heart disease over time, if you don't exercise much. Exercise strengthens the heart and helps it maintain a nice normal beat. :) that's my advice for today.
