I Want To Do 100 Consecutive Press-ups

    At The Beginning

     had my second go at the press ups tonight.  Aim for first week (for a 40something who already exercises) is a sequence of 11, 12, 9, 9 and 13. T'other day I did the first 4 sets but then the 13 had to be split into 3,5, 3 and 2.  Tonight, first four sets went ok...
