I Want to Gain Muscle

    i have a really high metabolism

    and that being so i can't keep weight on well. my body burns through it so fast it can't be stored as fat and my build is already leaner muscle. im hoping to gain some muscle and a little bit of fat for insulation. any suggestions?

    Okay so, I am around 15 ish pounds overweight,

    I Need Help Building Muscle

    I've always been on the skinny side, but have always wanted to gain some mass, but no matter how much time I spend in the gym or try different routines I don't see much improvement. I need some help/encouragement.

    Well, I know that it doesn't make sense

    considering my other experiences here but I kind of want to build muscle! I'm pretty weak and don't have much muscle but I want to at least get some more (and lose some weight while I'm at it lol)

    I would like to start adding weight to my squats

    does anyone to how to get a stocky build?

    ik its an unusal to body type to want but i dont wanna be skinny & like having some fat on me(i think id be more comfortable with my body then i am. plus, i like stock guys and think itll help me find one). im 15, 5'7, and 194 lbs. any good advice would help and be appreciated...

    Searching around for info on the internet looking for tips on there as well and i've come to believe that my problem gaining has to do with the way i eat so im making revisions to my eating habits :)

    I'm not in a hurry, i have no particular goals

    except to gain muscle mass and i go the gym 3 times on week So i'm not obsessed with that but a friend of mine told me to try whey protein. I'm trying now but i wanna ask you: "Do they help really?"

    Its been six months of great work ,

    I want to develop solid muscles.

    I'm 47yo married man. 5'7", BF<20, I eat clean paleo diet, but tend to accumulate fat in my midsection. My T level is over 1700ng/dL (Average male 14-30yo 1200ng), so with that it should be easier to burn fat and build up muscles, but not. Can anyone help me? At lest wanna...
