    Losing weight was really hard

    I haven't worked out in forever,

    so I gained some weight (not too much) and got completely out of shape. Tomorrow I'm signing up for some fitness, and hopefully once I am happier with the way my body works, I'll sign up for a dance class. Wish me luck!

    I know this is possible.

    Hit the gym or do exercises each day. Go outside when it's not raining or when it's not cold. Be as active as possible. Sleep regular hours. Eat healthy, but not diet.

    I'm recovering from a14 hour black belt test.

    I'm 15 and I'm a healthy weight.

    I Miss My Boot Camp Body!

    Geez, has it really been almost a quarter of a century since I was in boot camp? I sure would like to be as physically fit and trimmed down like I was when I returned home from training. I always had planned to maintain it, but that's a lot easier to say than it is to do.

    Best way to do it is to find something active

    to do everyday and stick to it! For some people it's the gym or sometimes it's a sport. Motivation becomes routine after a while. You can accomplish anything if you just stay dedicated and remain persistent.
