    I haven't worked out in forever,

    so I gained some weight (not too much) and got completely out of shape. Tomorrow I'm signing up for some fitness, and hopefully once I am happier with the way my body works, I'll sign up for a dance class. Wish me luck!

    I'm recovering from a14 hour black belt test.

    Best way to do it is to find something active

    to do everyday and stick to it! For some people it's the gym or sometimes it's a sport. Motivation becomes routine after a while. You can accomplish anything if you just stay dedicated and remain persistent.

    I'm 15 and I'm a healthy weight.
